The Challenge
With a 3rd party CRM, e-commerce needs, affiliate programs, marketing pages spread across multiple websites, and a chatbot integration – Rock the Score felt the increasing burden of managing so many moving pieces across multiple technology platforms.
Rock the Score does a lot behind the scenes to ensure that they can quickly and easily serve their clients. We were stoked to help simplify their technology workflow, while also providing a fresh site design and user experience.

After surveying all of the platforms Rock the Score was using, we crafted a streamlined and customized WooCommerce subscription experience for the end user. By seamlessly integrating the enrollment process with their CRM, onboarding new clients and managing recurring payments a breeze. We built an affiliates module to allow for affiliates to have their own, unique landing pages as well as WooCommerce pricing overrides.
In addition to a refreshed look and feel for the site that engages visitors, we prioritized answering their questions and simplified the enrollment process. Perhaps the most important change that Rock The Score inherited from this project is the consolidation of various technology platforms into one easily managed WordPress admin experience.
